We really liked the mexicali chicken potatoes. We had them yesterday! I get the half meals and they feed our family of 5 and we often have one leftover meal for daddy to take to lunch! We topped this one with cheese and sour cream and enjoyed!!
Duh...I didn't add the chicken to it. I wondered why it was such a small amount. LOL
